Sharyn Devereux-Blum

SharynDevereux-BlumSharyn is a Director and principal consultant of the company. Sharyn, a nationally recognised expert in Emergency Management is an experienced facilitator, trainer, teacher, consultant and coach who has a real passion for working with people of all ages. Life-long learning is one of her core beliefs and Emergency Management is an area of focus Sharyn finds very rewarding. She trains and consults nationally within organisations and is widely recognised for her ability to facilitate groups.

Sharyn has both recognised teaching and rescue qualifications that she utilises fully in her work. She works with all levels of management and welcomes the opportunity to create a culture within organisations around 'how we manage emergencies in our organisation'.

Sharyn holds a Master of Education degree, Diploma of Teaching, Advanced Diploma of Teaching, Diploma of Teacher Librarianship and a Diploma in Facilitation. Sharyn is certified as both a (USAR) General Rescue Trainer, and (USAR) Awareness Trainer, is Pre Hospital Emergency Care qualified, has a Site Safe certificate and has her USAR "Orange Card".
