What do you see as the benefits of ongoing training?

Having worked with organisations on an ongoing basis for nine years we have observed people in organisations who are well aware of what to do in a range of emergencies. It is part of the culture of the organisation, the budget allocation is in place and consolidation occurs each financial year. Different considerations need to be taken into account, for example staff turnover and the expected response time of the organisation following an emergency.
