New Electrical Standard
On the 1st of April 2010 the Electricity Regulations 1997 were replaced by the Electricity (Safety) Regulations 2010.Â
These "new" Regulations introduced changes across the spectrum of electrical safety, affecting appliances, installations and works, and include a new requirement for electricians to display a warning sign while they are working.Â
