Timelapse footage of the work that was done during the Auckland motorway closure over the weekend of 4th & 5th September 2010.

If you're driving on Auckland's Newmarket Viaduct you need to slow down. Why? Because you're now driving through a live construction site....

The following safety message is a great example of a mitigation strategy (Reduction) in Emergency Management. We are proud to have contributed to this impressive project with training & consultancy services.

The Newmarket Viaduct (SH1 motorway flyover) is currently being replaced. To allow the New Zealand Transport Agency to safely keep all motorway lanes open in both directions while they carry out this significant upgrade, they require all motorists to respect the new, reduced speed limits and drive with extra caution - particularly at off-peak times.
