We can be contacted during an emergency response to confidentially advise you on your CIMS structure and response as well as subject to availability we can respond to your Incident Control Point (ICP) to observe and provide advice and coach your personnel in their response to the event at hand. We have considerable experience working with teams and refining and improving on how they currently manage emergency events.
