Floor Warden Awareness - Fire Evacuation Procedures

floorwardenawareness

This training package ensures that floor wardens and building wardens have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and actions expected of them in the event of an emergency which affects their building and its occupants. Content includes material on Fire Evacuation, Bomb threats, Earthquakes, Evacuation Assistant Software and Incident Management.

Handouts and practical course content are key features of this course. In house training is the ideal situation as people learn about the buildings they work in and the facilities available to them.

Delivery can include Evacuation Chair training for those who are required to assist people with disabilities during an evacuation. We are able to attend trial evacuations and provide feedback for wardens as well as give practical advice on improving evacuation response.
