Abseiling / Team Building / Rope Rescue Skills

Find 5 friends or colleagues and begin your abseiling adventure. This two day course will provide you with an introduction to abseiling. It is aimed at beginners through to those who have rope skills and want to gain more proficiency with rope and rope rescue systems. An ideal skills advancement for workplace rescue teams.
Numbers normally limited to six to allow participants individualised attention.
This training course, run by a qualified abseil Instructor will introduce participants to the following topics:
- Safety
- Equipment familiarisation and maintenance.
- Establishing safe and workable anchor systems.
- Operating rope rescue lowering and raising systems.
- Performing rope-based rescues.
The course will be tailored to the needs of each group. Courses available on demand either weekdays or weekends.
