There are times when we need to access information urgently but may not be able to retrieve it from those places we would normally go to to access it from. Following events such as the earthquakes in Christchurch and the evacuations from Sumner and Redcliffs many people were unable to access their homes and businesses for days or even weeks. During one of our Earthquake Awareness Training sessions recently, Vera shared a solution that she was aware of. Dropbox is a web based solution which enables people to freely store up to 2GB of documents, pictures and videos online and be able to access them remotely.
