We offer CIMS Debriefing & Evaluation Training. We work with you following an emergency response to debrief the team or evaluate your response based on the New Zealand Coordinated Incident Management System (CIMS). Much can be learnt through debriefing and evaluating your response with a view to improving future responses. Much valuable information is gained if the time is taken to collect the data and document the lessons learned. We also conduct exercises and simulations based on the outcomes to improve your response.
